Return and Exchange Policy
We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@Stylaria.com. Returns will need to be sent to the following address: 85/433 Brisbane Road, Coombabah, QLD 4216.
If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Store Credit and Exchange Policy
We do not refund money to your account; instead, we provide store credit or exchange options.
Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom-made products: Items made to order or personalized as per customer specifications.
- Worn or washed items: Products showing signs of use, wear, or washing.
- Intimate apparel: Underwear, swimwear, or similar items due to hygiene reasons.
- Accessories: If the tags or packaging are damaged or missing.
We also do not accept returns for items damaged due to improper handling or use by the customer.
Note: Sale items, discounted products, and gift cards are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll receive store credit, and you can use it for future purchases.
